한중도시우호협회는 12월8일 보도자료에서 “권기식 한중도시우호협회장은 12월8일 서울 영등포구 여의도동 소재 한중경제협력센터에서 중국 후난(湖南)성 경제대표단(단장 황융종(黃永忠) 후난성 장주담일체화발전센터 부주임)을 면담하고 한중 지방정부간 경제협력에 대해 논의했다”고 전했다.

황융종 부주임은 "한국의 대표적인 한중 교류단체인 한중도시우호협회를 방문해 한중 경제협력에 대해 토론한 것을 뜻깊게 생각한다"며 "권 회장이 후난성을 방문해 구체적인 협력 프로젝트를 진행할 수 있기 바란다"고 말했다.
이난 대담에는 협회에서 조우제 한중경제협력센터 연구소장이 참석했고, 후난성 대표단에서는 마오슈앤(毛璇) 후난성 장주담일체화발전센터 혁신연구부장, 황징(黃婧) 후난성 창신(江新)구 관리위원회 경제발전국 부국장, 주징옌(朱晶娟) 유현(攸縣)하이테크개발구 관리위원회 주임, 저우하이추(周海球) 후난성 과학기술정보연구소 주임 등이 참석했다.
