(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 부평구가 10일, 2024년 인천시 특별조정교부금 재정 인센티브 7억3천9백만원을 확보했다고 밝혔다.
부평구에 따르면, 인천시가 진행한 ‘2024년 인천광역시 특별조정교부금 시책사업 평가’에서 10개 군·구 중 가장 우수한 실적을 거둬 이번 인센티브를 받게 됐다.
해당 평가는 시책사업 6개 분야에 대한 군·구 실적을 평가하는 것으로, 시는 평가 순위에 따라 교부금을 안분했다.
각 평가 분야별로 지방재정 신속집행 분야 1위(5억원), 군·구 위임 세외수입 제고 분야 1위(5천만원), 자동차세 체납액 정리 분야 2위(1억4천7백만원), 재정 혁신대상 우수사례 분야(지방세 체납징수) 장려상(4천2백만원)의 인센티브를 받아 인천광역시 배분액의 22.4%를 교부받게 됐다.
또, 부평구는 올해 11월 말 기준 예산액 1조2천676억원 중 1조788억원을 집행해 85.1%의 집행률로 지방재정 신속집행 분야 1위를 차지했다.
‘지방재정 신속집행’은 예산 집행의 효율성을 높이고 지역 경제 활성화를 도모하기 위한 제도다.
부평구는 체계적인 예산 집행을 위해 연초부터 부서별 주요 사업을 분석하고, 5억원 이상 대규모 사업의 집행 상황을 월별로 점검했다.
