브레이크뉴스 임국정 기자 = 더불어민주당이 13일 "지난 내란 사태에서 윤석열 대통령이 민주당 이재명 대표에게 무죄를 선고한 김동현 판사도 체포하려 한 것으로 드러났다"라고 주장했다.
김성회 민주당 대변인은 이날 서면 브리핑을 통해 "사법부까지 유린하려던 윤석열, 탄핵이 답"이라며 이같이 전했다.
그는 "조지호 경찰청장이 '지난 3일 계엄 선포 직후 여인형 국군방첩사령관으로부터 정치인 등 15명가량의 위치를 추적해 달라는 요청을 받았고, 그중에 김동현이라는 현직 판사도 있었다'고 진술했다 한다"라며 "현직 판사를 체포하기 위해 위치 추적을 할 수 있다는 역겨운 발상에 치가 떨린다"라고 전했다.
이어 "이재명이라는 정적을 자기 입맛에 맞게 처벌하지 않아서가 이유라는 사실에 경악을 금할 수 없다"라며 "윤 대통령은 김 판사를 체포하는 것을 보여줌으로써 이 대표의 다른 재판을 맡고 있는 판사들을 겁박하려 한 것으로 보인다. 참으로 치졸하고 유치한 발상"이라고 비판했다.
김 대변인은 "3권 분립을 부정하는 내란 수괴의 명백한 사법부 탄압이고 사법부 압박"이라며 "내일 국회는 국민의 명령에 따라 윤 대통령을 탄핵할 것"이라고 밝혔다.
