인간이 번뇌망상(갈애와 집착에 빠져 트라우마와 스트레스를 일으키는 상태)에 빠져 고통스러워 하는 근본원인이 불교 심리학에서는 삼세육추{대승기신론에서}라고 한다.
1, 삼세(三細, 3개의 미세한 것, 무의식과 같은 제8 아뢰야식)
a, 무명업상(無明業相, 어두운 행동 모습)ㅡ 인간의 본성인 보석같은 마음 자성청정심(청정광명)을 망각하고, 잡다한 생각들로 왔다갔다 이어지는 상태.
ex) 철수가 영희를 보았다. 아무런 감정 개입 없이 그냥 보는 상태.
b, 능견상(能見相)ㅡ왔다갔다 하니 시선을 조금 주는 상태,
c, 경계상(境界相)ㅡ대상이 의식 속으로 또렷이 들어오는 상태.
2, 6추(6추, 추는 거칠 추, 6개 거친 것, 제7 말라식ㅡ我痴 我愛 我見 我慢이 작동)
a,지상(智相)
무의식적으로 좋다 나쁘다가 결정됨. 호오미추 선악시비가 결정됨. 분별망상이 드러남.
b,상속상(相續相)
좋다 나쁘다는 감정이 이어지고 쌓여 가는 상태, 철수는 영희를 좋아하게 됨.
(반대로 싫어하는 감정도 가능)
c,집취상(執取相)
철수가 영희를 좋아해서 정신적으로 집착하여 取해버린 상태(반대 감정도 가능).
d,계명자상(計名字相)
집착이 강해져서 "눈망울은 호수와 갖고, 몸매는 날씬하고, 마음씨는 곱다고" 여기면서 개념정리한 상태. (반대쪽으로도 가능)
e,기업상(起業相)
실제 행동에 들어감. 생일조사 꽃 선물 밥 사주기 영화보기 등 온갖 환심을 사는 행동에 들어감. (반대쪽으로도 가능)
f,업계고상(業繫苦相)
영희와의 사랑에 빠져 안보면 보고 싶고 괴로워짐. 마음이 강하게 속박당해 괴로워 하는 상태. 마음을 뺏겨버려 영희의 희노애락에 직접적으로 영향 받음.
때문에 이런 의식을 차단하기 위해 바로 공적영지 청정광명으로 의식을 바꿔 머무르면서 수지 독송하고 명상수행하면, 이고득락할 수 있다.
연애를 하지 말란 의미가 아니고 보다 성스럽고 발전된 연애를 하란 뜻으로 해석하면, 행복해 질 수 있다. 3세추는 일반사람들의 생활상태를 얘기한 것이다. www888@naver.com

b, 상속상(相續相)

f, Gyeopgosang (業繫苦相)
Falling in love with Yeong-hee, missing her and suffering if she doesn't see her. A state of suffering where the mind is strongly bound. Because the mind is stolen, Yeong-hee's joys and sorrows are directly affected.
Therefore, in order to block this consciousness, if you change your consciousness to the public spirit of pure light and stay there, recite the sutra and meditate, you can achieve this happiness.
