브레이크뉴스 박동제 기자= 사생활 논란을 빚고 있는 배우 김수현 측이 유튜브 채널 가로세로연구소(이하 가세연) 운영자 김세의를 스토킹처벌법 위반 혐의로 추가 고소∙고발했다.
김수현과 소속사 골드메달리스트의 법률대리인 법무법인(유한) 엘케이비앤파트너스는 30일 “골드메달리스트와 김수현은 지난 1일 가세연 운영자 김세의를 스토킹처벌법 위반 혐의로 고소∙고발한 바 있다. 그 취지는 김세의의 김수현에 대한 지속적, 반복적 허위사실 유포 행위가 김수현에 대한 스토킹범죄에 해당한다는 것이었다”고 밝혔다.
이어 “수사기관은 위와 같은 김세의의 행위가 김수현에 대한 스토킹행위에 해당한다는 판단 하에 지난 22일 김세의로 하여금 김수현에 대한 스토킹행위를 중단할 것을 명하는 ‘잠정조치’를 신청했고, 서울중앙지방법원은 신청 다음날인 23일 수사기관의 신청을 받아들여 김세의에 대해 잠정조치 결정을 했다”며 “김세의는 자신의 행위가 스토킹행위에 해당해 이를 금지한다는 법원의 결정이 있었고, 24일 결정을 고지받았음에도, 이를 무시하고 자신의 유튜브 채널을 통해 계속해 김수현에 관한 허위사실을 유포하고 있다”고 전했다.

한편, 김수현은 지난 2월 세상을 떠난 고(故) 김새론이 미성년자였던 시절 연인 사이였다는 의혹이 제기되며 연일 논란의 중심에 섰다. 김새론 유가족은 김새론이 미성년자 시절인 15세부터 성인이 된 21세까지 6년간 김수현과 교제했다고 주장했다. 반면 김수현 측은 “김새론이 성인이 된 이후부터 교제했다”고 밝혔다. 현재까지 양측은 교제 시기 관련해 상반된 입장을 보이며 갈등을 이어가고 있다.
