‘꿈꾸는 청렴 라디오’는 교육장과 새내기 직원이 일일 DJ를 맡아 청렴 소식을 비롯한 다양한 주제의 청렴콘텐츠를 분기별 마지막 주 수요일 업무 시작 전 청내 방송을 통해 전달하는 형식으로, 직원들의 목소리로 쉽고 흥미롭게 청렴메시지를 전하며 공감대를 형성하고자 기획됐다.
이날 방송에서 서강석 교육장은 영화 ‘쇼생크 탈출’을 소재로, 주인공 앤디의 흔들림 없는 신념과 정의로운 선택이 결국 자유를 얻는 길이 되었음을 이야기하며, “청렴은 아무도 보지않는 순간에도 나의 존엄을 지키는 힘이다.”라고 전했다.
진천교육지원청은 향후에도 직원들이 직접 참여하는 콘텐츠를 지속적으로 운영하여 일상 속 청렴 실천 문화를 정착시켜 나갈 계획이다.
