(고흥=브레이크뉴스) 이학수 기자=전남 고흥군은 지난 4월 30일 도양읍 봉암리에 위치한 쌍충사 일원에서 충렬공 이대원 장군과 충장공 정운 장군을 추모하는 ‘쌍충제전’(사진)을 거행했다고 밝혔다.
이날 행사에는 공영민 군수를 비롯한 해군 제3함대사령부 참모장, 잠수함사령부 정운함 부함장, 고흥군의회 의장과 군의원, 기관단체장, 이대원·정운 장군 후손 등 200여 명이 참석했다.

이날 행사에서는 쌍충제전을 위해 헌신하고 호국 충정에 기여한 자에게 군수 표창이 수여됐다. 표창은 녹도진쌍충사모충회 진영필 명예 이사장과 이금자 이사가 수상했다.
