“청렴은 리더부터” 전남교육청, 고위공직자 청렴교육 실시

(무안=브레이크뉴스) 이학수 기자=전남도교육청은 지난 17일 청사 2층 대회의실에서 청렴교육 ‘2025. 고위공직자 청렴라이브’를 운영했다.

이번 교육은 4급(상당) 이상 고위공직자 87명을 대상으로 진행됐으며, 고위직의 청렴 감수성을 높여, 청렴한 조직문화를 선도하기 위해 마련됐다.

교육에는 김대중 교육감을 비롯해 본청 과장급 이상 간부, 직속기관장 및 부장, 교육지원청 교육장, 전남미래교육재단과 도의회 교육전문위원실, 교육협력관 등이 참여했다.

청렴라이브는 ▲ 청렴 연극 ‘비타민’ 관람 ▲ 청탁금지법 및 전남교육청 반부패‧청렴 정책 강의 등 총 2시간으로 구성됐다.

연극 ‘비타민’은 부당한 업무 지시, 이해충돌 상황 등 실제 조직 내에서 일어날 수 있는 청렴 위기 상황을 연극으로 풀어낸 작품으로, 청중과 함께하는 몰입감 있는 공연을 통해 자연스럽게 공직자의 윤리의식을 환기시켰다.

이어지는 강의에서는 나홍현 청렴특별정책팀장이 청탁금지법의 핵심 내용과 더불어 전남교육청의 주요 청렴 정책을 설명하고, 조직 내 실천 방안을 제시했다.

김재기 전남교육청 감사관은 “고위공직자는 조직의 방향을 결정하고 구성원에게 영향을 미치는 위치에 있는 만큼 보다 높은 수준의 청렴성과 도덕성이 요구된다”며 “이번 청렴라이브가 단순한 교육을 넘어 실질적인 변화를 이끄는 출발점이 되기를 기대한다”고 말했다.
