이번 연수는 학교폭력 업무를 담당하는 장학사와 주무관 50여명을 대상으로, 학교폭력 관련 이론과 실제를 통합한 전문 교육을 통해 업무 수행 능력을 강화하고, 학생 중심의 사안처리 체계를 구축하기 위해 마련됐다.
