브레이크뉴스 박동제 기자= 소속사 BH엔터테인먼트는 18일 “배우 홍화연이 2001년 홍제동 방화 사건 실화를 바탕으로 한 휴먼 드라마 <소방관>(감독 곽경택 / 출연 주원, 곽도원, 유재명)의 배리어프리버전 음성해설 내레이션으로 참여해 의미 있는 나눔에 동참했다”고 밝혔다.
(사)배리어프리영화위원회는 HD현대1%나눔재단의 제작 지원으로 지난 4일 서울경제진흥원 미디어콘텐츠센터에서 <소방관> 배리어프리버전 제작을 위한 음성해설 녹음을 진행했다.
홍화연은 “배리어프리버전 녹음을 통해 <소방관>이라는 작품을 만날 수 있어서 영광이었다. 소중한 작업에 참여하는 만큼 책임감을 가지고 녹음하고자 노력했다. 조금 부족하더라도 저의 목소리에 담아내고자 했던 진심에 귀 기울여 주시면 감사하겠다”라고 진심어린 소감을 밝혔다.
이번 배리어프리버전 연출은 곽경택 감독이 맡았으며, 그는 “영화 <소방관>은 관객분들로부터 많은 사랑을 받았고, 그 사랑을 또 한번 나눌 수 있는 기회를 받아서 감사하다”고 배리어프리버전 연출에 참여한 소감을 전했다.
특히 홍화연과 곽경택 감독은 이번 배리어프리버전 제작의 취지에 깊이 공감하며 재능기부 형태로 작업에 참여해 의미를 더했다. 지난해 12월 개봉해 380만명 이상의 관객을 모은 <소방관> 배리어프리버전은 후반작업을 거쳐 7월부터 공동체상영 신청을 통해 관람이 가능하다.
