동대전장애인성폭력상담소, 여성 장애인 ‘마음 톡톡 힐링캠프’ 진행

사단법인 다감복지협회 부설 동대전장애인성폭력상담소는 ㈜한전원자력연료와 대전광역시 사회혁신센터의 후원을 받아 지난달 29일부터 30일까지 강원도 평창 발왕산과 대관령 하늘목장 일대에서 ‘마음 톡톡!! 힐링캠프’를 개최했다고 4일 밝혔다. 

이번 프로그램은 폭력피해 여성 장애인들이 자연 속에서 심리적 안정을 찾고, 일상에서의 긴장을 내려놓으며 정서적 회복을 도모하기 위해 마련됐다.

참가자들은 이동 중에도 상담사들과 자유롭게 대화를 나누며 서로의 마음을 보듬었고, 평창 도착 후 발왕산 케이블카를 타고 정상에 올라 백두대간의 풍경을 감상했다. 이어 스카이워크 체험과 천년주목숲길 트레킹을 통해 가을의 정취를 만끽하며 서로의 이야기를 나누는 시간을 가졌다. 저녁에는 리조트 주변을 산책하며 용평 루미나리에의 화려한 야경을 즐기며 하루를 마무리했다.

둘째 날 일정은 대관령 하늘목장에서 이어졌다. 참가자들은 트랙터 마차를 타고 바람의 언덕을 오르며 강원도의 산맥과 풍력터빈이 어우러진 장관을 감상했고, 양과 젖소에게 먹이를 주는 체험을 하며 따뜻한 교감을 나눴다.

참가자들은 “자연 속에서 마음이 편안해지고 웃을 수 있는 시간이 됐다”며 “상담소에서 세심하게 준비해 준 덕분에 오랜만에 진심으로 행복했다”고 소감을 전했다.
