(무안=브레이크뉴스) 이학수 기자=전라남도교육청이 지난 2일 목포과학대학교에서 열린 ‘제2회 전라남도 ESG 시민대상’ 시상식에서 교육 분야 최고 영예인 ‘최우수기관상’을 수상하는 쾌거를 거두었다.
이번 수상은 전남교육청이 선도적으로 추진해 온 ESG 교육 체계 구축과 지역사회와의 협력을 통한 지속가능한 교육문화 확산의 성과를 공식적으로 인정받은 결과다.
전남교육청은 지속가능한 미래를 위한 교육 실현을 위해 다각적인 활동을 펼쳐왔다. 주요 성과로는 ▲ 산이정원과의 ESG 협약 체결 ▲ 학부모 대상 ESG 교육 강화 ▲ 대학과 연계한 ESG 가치 확산 ▲ ESG 강좌 및 실천활동 운영 등이 있다.
