소속사 SM엔터테인먼트는 10일 “당사는 ‘KWANGYA 119’로 접수된 팬 여러분의 소중한 제보와 자체 모니터링을 통해 소속 아티스트와 관련해 지속적으로 발생하고 있는 악성 게시물 및 댓글(성희롱, 명예훼손, 인신공격, 모욕, 사생활 침해, 딥페이크 등)의 심각성에 대해 엄중히 인지하고 있다”며 말문을 열었다.
이어 “특히 디시인사이드, 여성시대, 네이트판, 인스티즈, 더쿠, 인스타그램, X(구 트위터), 유튜브 등의 플랫폼에서 윈터를 대상으로 한 인격 및 명예를 훼손하는 행위, 아티스트를 공연히 비방할 목적의 악의적인 포스팅 및 성희롱 게시물을 다수 확인, 해당 게시물들을 검토 후 단계적으로 고소 절차를 확대해 나갈 예정이다”고 전했다.
또 “당사는 위 언급된 플랫폼 등에 에스파 관련 악의적인 게시물을 작성한 자에 대해서도 형사 고소 및 민사 청구를 진행 중이며, 개인 SNS, 온라인 커뮤니티, 익명 게시판 등에서 발생하는 악성 루머 생성, 허위 정보 반복 유포, 성희롱성 게시물 작성, 조롱 및 왜곡 콘텐츠 제작·배포 행위에 대해서도 증거를 대량 확보하고 선처 없이 강경 대응할 예정이오니, 불미스러운 일에 연루되지 않도록 주의 부탁드린다”고 밝혔다.
마지막으로 “당사는 앞으로도 소속 아티스트의 권익 보호를 위해 모든 방면에서 최선의 노력을 다하겠다”고 덧붙였다.
한편, 에스파 윈터는 최근 그룹 방탄소년단 멤버 정국과 열애설에 휩싸였다.
