온유의 소속사 그리핀엔터테인먼트는 지난 11일 오후 공식입장을 내고 “온유는 지난 2022년 4월 지인의 추천을 통해 A씨가 근무하는 신사동 소재의 병원에 처음 방문하게 됐고, 당시 병원의 규모 등을 고려할 때 현재 온라인 상에 불거지고 있는 의료 면허 논란에 대해서는 인지하기 어려웠다”고 밝혔다.
