대통령실이 12일 캄보디아 한국인 구금 사태 논란이 벌어진 지난 10월부터 현재까지 국내 송환된 한국인 스캠 범죄 피의자 수가 107명으로 집계됐다고 전했다.
강유정 대변인은 이날 오후 용산 대통령실 브리핑에서 이같이 전한 후 "범정부 차원 총력 대응을 벌인 결과"라며 "캄보디아 내 한국인 감금·실종 피해 신고 건수도 10월에 93건에 달했으나 11월에 17건으로 그치는 등 80% 이상 대폭 감소했다"고 전했다.
