브레이크뉴스 노보림 기자= 서울 시내버스 노사가 임금 협상에 전격 합의하면서 파업이 철회됐다. 이에 따라 서울 시내버스는 15일 첫차부터 전 노선이 정상 운행된다.
서울시는 시내버스 노사 간 임금 협상 합의와 파업 철회에 따라 파업 대비 비상 수송 대책을 해제하고 대중교통을 정상화한다고 밝혔다.
이번 합의는 14일 오후 3시부터 진행된 서울지방노동위원회 사후 조정에서 이뤄졌다. 노사 양측은 기본급 2.9% 인상과 정년 연장 등이 포함된 공익위원 조정안을 수용하며 최종 합의에 도달했다.
박점곤 서울시버스노동조합 위원장은 조정 직후 "서로 만족할 수는 없겠지만 늦은 시간이라도 합의가 된 데 대해 진심으로 감사드린다"면서 "파업으로 인해 서울시민이 겪은 불편에 대해 2만 조합원을 대표해 진심으로 사과드린다"고 말했다.
그는 또 "앞으로는 이런 일이 없었으면 한다"며 "2026년도에는 화기애애한 분위기 속에서 교섭할 수 있도록 서로 노력하자"고 덧붙였다.
사측인 김정환 서울시버스운송사업조합 이사장은 "이틀 전에 끝났으면 더 좋았을 텐데 하는 아쉬움은 있지만, 지금이라도 합의가 마무리돼 추운 겨울 시민 불편이 해소된 점을 다행스럽게 생각한다"라며 "시내버스가 한 발 더 나아가 더욱 발전할 수 있도록 노력하겠다"고 강조했다.
합의에 따라 서울시는 파업에 대비해 시행했던 비상 수송 대책을 전면 해제했다. 연장 운행되던 지하철 등 대체 교통수단은 평시 운행 기준으로 전환되며, 자치구별 운행한 무료 셔틀버스도 종료된다.
오세훈 서울시장은 "어려운 여건 속에서도 대화를 멈추지 않고 한 걸음씩 물러서며 합의에 이른 시내버스 노사 양측의 결단을 환영한다"고 밝혔다. 이어 "혼란 속에서도 이해와 질서를 지켜주신 시민 한 분 한 분의 성숙한 모습에 깊이 감사드린다"고 말했다.
오 시장은 이어 "서울시는 이번 일을 계기로 노사 간 신뢰와 협력이 더욱 굳건해질 수 있도록 필요한 역할과 책임을 다하고, 시민의 이동을 책임지는 대중교통이 흔들리지 않도록 더욱 꼼꼼히 챙겨 나가겠다"고 밝혔다.
