이번 조기 발주는 영농기 이전에 공사를 마무리해 농업인의 불편을 최소화하려는 조치로, 2025년 하반기 예산 편성 단계부터 읍면별 사업 구간을 자세히 조사해 추진됐다.

특히 수리 시설물 개·보수, 기계화 경작로 확장·포장 등 영농 여건과 직결된 생활 밀착형 사업을 중심으로 영농기와 겹치는 공사를 최대한 줄이는 데 중점을 뒀다.

또한, 함양군은 주민들의 애로사항을 해소하기 위해 설계 및 공사 과정에 의견 수렴을 충실히 하여, 소규모 지역 현안 사업을 완료해 주민 생활편의 개선과 지역 경제 활성화에도 최선을 다할 계획이다.

한편, 함양군은 지난 6일부터 8주간 ‘시설직(토목) 공무원 합동설계단’을 운영하고 있다.
