【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=태전도서관이 문화체육관광부가 주최하는 ‘2026 길 위의 인문학’ 공모사업에 선정돼 오는 7월 4일부터 9월 12일까지 특별한 인문학 프로그램을 진행한다.
‘그림책을 사랑한 사람들 두 번째 이야기: 10인 10색, 그림책이라는 우주’라는 제목으로 마련된 이번 프로그램은 그림책 작가 10명을 초청해 각자의 창작 세계와 작품 이야기를 나누는 강연 형식으로 운영된다.
참가자들은 작가마다 다른 시선과 표현 방식을 접하며, 그림책이 단순한 아동 도서를 넘어 하나의 문화예술 장르로서 가지는 예술적 가치와 인문학적 의미를 경험할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
강연은 총 10회로 마련되며, 작가와의 만남을 통해 창작 과정과 작품에 담긴 철학, 그림책이 전하는 메시지 등을 깊이 있게 들여다보는 시간을 제공한다.
이와 함께 9월 30일에는 그림책 복합문화공간인 ‘그림책정원 1937’ 방문 프로그램도 진행된다. 참가자들은 해당 공간을 직접 돌아보며, 그림책 콘텐츠를 보다 다양하게 체험할 기회를 갖는다.
태전도서관 관계자는 “열 명의 작가가 펼쳐 보이는 다양한 그림책 세계를 통해 그림책의 깊이와 매력을 새롭게 발견하는 자리가 되길 바란다”고 밝혔다.
프로그램 신청은 지난 16일 오전 9시부터 태전도서관 홈페이지에서 선착순으로 받고 있으며, 세부 일정과 내용은 도서관 홈페이지 공지사항에서 확인할 수 있다.
한편, ‘길 위의 인문학’은 시민들이 일상에서 인문학을 쉽고 친근하게 접할 수 있도록 문화체육관광부가 지원하는 인문학 사업으로, 전국 도서관과 문화기관에서 다양한 주제로 운영되고 있다.

An official from Taejeon Library stated, “We hope this will be an opportunity to rediscover the depth and charm of picture books through the diverse worlds presented by ten authors.”
Applications for the program have been accepted on a first-come, first-served basis on the Taejeon Library website since 9:00 AM on the 16th, and detailed schedules and content can be found in the announcements section of the library website.
Meanwhile, ‘Humanities on the Road’ is a humanities initiative supported by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism to enable citizens to easily and familiarly access humanities in their daily lives, and it is being operated with various themes at libraries and cultural institutions nationwide.
