전남도, 여성폭력 방지시설 종사자 워크숍 개최…“피해자 보호·지원 현장 대응력 강화”

전남도는 지난 16일부터 17일까지 이틀간 해남 호텔울돌목에서 여성폭력 방지시설 종사자 120여 명을 대상으로 ‘2026년 여성폭력 방지시설 종사자 워크숍’을 개최했다고 밝혔다.

이번 워크숍에는 성폭력·가정폭력·성매매 피해자 상담소와 보호시설 등 전남도 내 여성폭력 방지시설 35개소의 종사자들이 참석해 뜻깊은 시간을 가졌다.

이번 행사는 최일선에서 근무하는 종사자들의 상담 역량을 높이고 심리적 소진(번아웃)을 예방함으로써 피해자 지원 현장의 실질적인 대응력을 강화하기 위해 마련됐다.

워크숍에서는 박희석 광주 마음숲 심리상담소장이 강사로 나섰다. 박 소장은 ‘역할극을 활용한 여성폭력 피해자 회복 지원’을 주제로 심도 있는 교육을 진행해 참가자들의 큰 호응을 얻었다. 이어 참석자들은 시설별 지원 사례를 공유하고, 피해자 보호·지원의 효율성을 높이기 위한 기관 간 협력 방안을 다각도로 논의했다.

전남도는 최근 다변화되고 있는 폭력 유형에 맞춰 지원 체계를 더욱 촘촘히 구축하겠다는 방침이다.

유미자 전남도 여성가족정책관은 “여성폭력 피해자의 회복과 일상 복귀를 위해 현장에서 헌신하는 종사자분들께 깊이 감사드린다”며 “디지털 성범죄와 교제폭력, 스토킹 등 새로운 유형의 여성폭력에 선제적으로 대응하기 위해 통합지원체계를 강화하겠다”고 강조했다. 아울러 “도서지역 응급이송체계 구축 등 지역 특성에 맞는 안전망도 지속적으로 확충해 나가겠다”고 덧붙였다.

현재 전남도는 ‘여성긴급전화 전남센터’를 중심으로 시·군 상담소, 보호시설, 해바라기센터, 경찰, 의료기관 등과 긴밀한 협력체계를 유지하고 있다. 이를 통해 △찾아가는 폭력예방교육 △상담 및 긴급보호 △수사·의료 지원 △자립 지원 △사후관리까지 이어지는 촘촘한 ‘원스톱 지원체계’를 운영 중이다.
