CNN 보도에 따르면, 모하마드 바게르 갈리바프 이란 의회 의장은 22일(현지시간) 스위스 루체른에서 열린 미국과의 협상을 마친 뒤 "이란과 미국은 선박 운항 과정에서 불분명한 상황이나 문제가 발생할 경우 즉시 연락할 수 있는 전화 핫라인과 센터 등 협력 메커니즘을 구축하기로 합의했다"고 밝혔다.
