(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 부천시가 오는 7월 20일부터 9월 6일까지 여름철 폭염으로부터 시민의 온열질환을 예방하고 시민 체감형 폭염 대응을 강화하기 위해 ‘폭염 속 오아시수(水)’ AI 생수냉장고를 운영한다고 밝혔다.
부천시에 따르면, 이번 사업은 폭염대책 기간 중 시민 현장 지원을 위해 인공지능 기반 무인 생수 냉장고를 주요 거점에 설치하고, 시민들에게 시원한 생수를 무료로 제공하기 위해 마련됐다.
설치 장소는 부천역 마루광장, 중앙공원 일원, 소사청소년경찰학교, 원종사거리 부천축산농협 등 4개소로, 시민 접근성이 좋고 유동 인구가 많은 지역을 중심으로 운영된다.
AI 생수냉장고는 ARS 본인인증을 거쳐 1인 1병 원칙으로 이용할 수 있다.
시민은 냉장고에 표시된 전화번호로 본인인증을 한 뒤 생수를 받을 수 있으며, 별도의 앱 설치나 QR코드 인증 없이 간편하게 이용할 수 있다.
생수는 운영 기간 개소당 하루 2회 공급한다.
오전 9시와 오후 1시에 각각 200병씩 비치해 개소당 하루 최대 400병을 제공할 예정이다.
이와 함께 37개 동 행정복지센터와 도서관 등 무더위쉼터 이용 시민에게도 생수를 제공해 현장 지원을 강화할 계획이다.
부천시는 이번 사업에 AI 기술을 접목해 기존 무인 생수냉장고 운영 과정에서 발생할 수 있는 중복 수령과 조기 소진 문제를 줄이고 이용 현황을 더욱 체계적으로 관리할 계획이다.
또, 수집된 데이터를 바탕으로 장소별·시간대별 수요를 분석해 생수 공급량 조정과 운영 개선에도 활용할 방침이다.
조용익 부천시장은 “AI 생수냉장고는 폭염 취약시간대 시민들에게 시원한 생수를 제공하는 현장 밀착형 폭염 대응 사업”이라며 “시민들이 불편 없이 이용할 수 있도록 운영하고, 폭염으로부터 시민 건강을 보호하는 데 도움이 될 수 있도록 하겠다”고 말했다.

또한 , 부천시가 13일부터 8월 31일까지 드림스타트 대상 아동의 건강한 성장과 발달을 지원하기 위해 ‘도담도담 드림 우리아이 건강검진’ 사업을 추진한다고 밝혔다.
부천시에 따르면, 이번 사업은 건강관리가 필요한 드림스타트 아동의 건강 상태를 점검하고 질병을 조기에 발견해 적절한 치료와 건강관리를 지원하기 위해 마련됐다.
건강검진은 학교건강검진 대상인 초등학교 1·4학년을 제외한 드림스타트 아동 가운데 건강관리가 필요한 아동 48명을 대상으로 관내 의료기관 건강검진센터에서 진행된다.
검진 항목은 신체계측과 시력·청력검사, 혈압측정 등 기본검사를 비롯해 흉부방사선 촬영, 소변검사, 혈액검사 등 일반 건강검진으로 구성됐다.
부천시는 검진 결과를 바탕으로 아동의 성장 상태와 건강 이상 여부를 종합적으로 확인하고 건강관리 지원이 필요한 아동을 발굴할 예정이다.
