이재명 대통령이 14일 "초격차·초혁신 성장동력 육성으로 잠재 성장률을 3%까지 단계적으로 높여 나가야 한다”고 했다.
이 대통령은 이날 오전 청와대에서 열린 제30회 국무회의 모두 발언에서 "국민 삶에 직결된 물가·부동산 안정에 총력을 기울여야 한다"며 이같이 말했다.
그러면서 “3대 메가프로젝트 조기 현실화를 위해 중앙·지방정부·기업이 한몸처럼 열심히 뛰어야겠다"며 "하루 단축 시 나중에 열흘·100일을 벌 수 있다는 자세로 모든 절차를 최대한 빠르게 진행해주길 바란다”고 했다.
또 “사회 구조적 문제 해소도 힘 쏟아야 한다”며 “공동체 미래 청년들에 일자리·주거·자산·역량 개발 등에 다층 성장 사다리를 제공하고 노동시장 격차 완화·공공기관 재정·규제 영역 혁신도 속도내야 한다”고 했다.
이어 “하반기에 어떤 성과를 만드느냐에 따라 대한민국 미래 30년이 좌우될 것”이라며 “올해 잠재성장률 3% 세계 무역 4강 국민소득 5만불의 대체불가 대한민국으로 도약하는 원년으로 기억될 수 있도록 힘 모아달라”고 했다.
더불어 "대한민국의 더 큰 도약·지속 성장을 위해 더 안정적 평화로운 세계 질서가 뒷받침되어야 한다"며 "세계질서가 매우 불안정한 상황이나 정부는 국익 중심 실용외교를 바탕으로 글로벌 책임강국으로서 주어진 역할·책무를 흔들림 없이 이행하겠다"고 덧붙였다.
