청와대가 20일 청년이 국정 운영 과정에 직접 참여하는 인턴십 프로그램 ‘청년 펠로우십’ 출범 후 제1기 참여자를 공개모집한다고 전했다.
청와대에 따르면 청년 펠로우십은 만 19세 이상 34세 이하 청년 20명 내외를 선발 후 오는 9월부터 2027년 2월까지 6개월간 청년 정책 신규 과제 발굴 및 모니터링·현장 조사 및 프로젝트 기획·운영 등 활동을 한다.
선발된 이들은 행정인턴 신분으로 서울 종로구 한국금융연수원에서 근무하는 가운데 1일 8시간씩 주 5일 근무와 함께 건강·고용·산재보험·국민연금 등이 적용된다.
선발은 공개 모집을 원칙으로 서류·면접 심사 진행 후 서류전형 합격자 경우 5분 PT 면접이 진행되고, 발표 후 면접위원과 10분 내외 질의응답이 이뤄지는 가운데 문제에 대한 시각·성장 가능성·협업 역량 등이 중점 평가대상이다.
심사 경우 채용·인사 분야 외부 민간 전문가 참여로 이뤄지며 신청은 청년 인재 DB를 통해 진행되는 가운데 시험 공고·원서접수는 이날부터 오는 8월 5일 오후 6시까지. 서류 심사는 8월 6~8일까지 이뤄진다.
