이재명 대통령이 23일 "똘똘한 한 채가 심각한 문제를 야기했으며 효율적 투기 기회를 만든 측면이 있다"고 주장했다
이 대통령은 이날 오전 서울 여의도 KBS 별관에서 열린 부동산 정책 국민 대토론회에서 이같이 주장 후 "당시 당국자 의도는 1가구 1주택을 존중·보호하자는 것이었는데 비싸든 싸든 똑같이 취급케 되고 효율적으로 한 채 사 투자 이익을 누리는 현상이 나온 것"이라고 했다.
그러면서 "거주·투자·투기용이냐를 구분 않으니 그 작은 구멍서 엄청난 일이 벌어진 것이며 대한민국 부동산 시장은 압력이 너무 높아 작은 구멍만 있어도 뻥 터져버린다"며 "초고가 주택을 누르면 압력이 줄어들지 않겠냐는 생각도 있는데 그리 할 때 어느 정도 세 부담 있어야 할지 한번 얘기해봐야 한다"고 했다.
이어 "직장 때문에 잠깐 옮기거나 애들 교육 때문에 잠깐 어떻게 하라는 거냐는 지적이 많다"며 "저는 청와대 공관에 있다 보니 집이 비었는데 비거주용 아니냐는 얘기도 한다"고 했다.
또 "앞으론 실거주 대신 거주용이라 용어를 바꾸자"며 "다른 사정 때문에 잠깐 비거주하는 건 거주용으로 보고, 실거주자 같이 취급해야 하는 것 아니냐"고 주장했다.
더불어 "사회가 부자를 존중 않는데 부정부패·비정상 루트로 부자 된 사례가 많아 그랬던 것 같다"며 "이젠 부자 돼 비싼 집에서 높은 세금을 내는 사람을 존중할 필요가 있는 것 같다"고 했다.
