더불어민주당 황정아 의원(대전 유성을)이 법률소비자연맹이 주관하는 ‘제22대 국회 전반기 대한민국 헌정대상’ 수상자로 이름을 올렸다. 과학기술계 현안 해결과 인공지능(AI) 정책 입법을 선도적으로 주도한 공로를 다각도로 인정받은 결과다.
법률소비자연맹은 제22대 국회 전반기 의정활동을 바탕으로 본회의 및 상임위원회 출석률, 대표 발의 법안 통과율, 국정감사 성과, 예산결산특별위원회 활동 등 12개 계량 지표를 정밀 분석했다. 이번 평가는 객관적 수치를 기준으로 상위 25%에 해당하는 우수 의원을 최종 선정했다.
황 의원은 과기부총리 신설법, R&D 예비타당성조사 폐지법을 비롯해 AI기본법, AI데이터센터 특별법, 소형모듈원자로(SMR) 특별법 등 국가 미래 먹거리와 직결된 입법 과제들을 잇따라 통과시켰다.
아울러 상임위와 본회의에 성실히 참석하고 국정감사에서 다각적인 정책 대안을 제시하며 의정활동 전반에서 높은 점수를 얻었다.
