[브레이크뉴스=정철규 기자] 진주시는 시민들에게 다양한 여가와 힐링 기회를 제공하기 위해 월아산 숲속의 진주에서 주말 특별체험 2차 프로그램을 운영한다고 19일 밝혔다.
이번 프로그램은 싱잉볼 테라피와 차 테라피, 도장 만들기 등 3개 체험으로 구성되며, 숲속에서 휴식과 체험을 함께 즐길 수 있도록 마련됐다.
싱잉볼 테라피는 깊고 풍부한 소리와 진동을 활용해 몸과 마음의 긴장을 풀고 편안한 휴식과 회복의 시간을 경험할 수 있는 프로그램이다.
차 테라피는 차를 우리는 과정부터 마시는 순간까지 향기와 색, 맛과 소리, 촉감 등 오감을 느끼며 일상의 속도를 잠시 늦추는 힐링 체험으로 진행된다.
도장 만들기는 자신만의 디자인을 정해 기계를 이용해 나만의 감성 도장을 제작하는 프로그램으로, 어린이부터 성인까지 누구나 참여할 수 있어 높은 인기를 얻고 있다.
참여 신청은 오는 26일 오전 10시부터 네이버에서 ‘월아산 숲속의 진주’를 검색하거나 진주시 홈페이지를 통해 할 수 있으며, 전화 예약도 가능하다.
