올해 공공기관 신입 평균연봉 3944만원..2020년 대비 275만원↑

중소기업은행 5272만원 1위..금융 분야 4408만원 가장 높아

2023년 공공기관 전일제 신입 평균 연봉은 3944만 원으로, 2020년 동일조사 3669만 원 대비 275만 원 더 오른 것으로 조사됐다.

 

2일 인크루트에 따르면 ‘2023 공공기관 채용정보 박람회’에서 제공하는 디렉토리북을 활용해 참여한 공공기관의 신입 연봉을 취합·분석한 결과, 올해 공공기관의 전일제 기준 신입 평균 연봉은 3944만 원이었다. 작년 신입 평균 연봉 3824만 원과 비교하면 약 3% 정도 인상됐으며, 2020년 수준과 비교하면 약 7% 올랐다.

 

연봉정보를 공개한 135곳 중 전일제 신입 연봉이 가장 높았던 곳은 ‘중소기업은행’(5272만 원)이며, 작년 동일조사 5226만 원 대비 약 1% 올랐다.

 

이어 ‘한국원자력연구’(5253만 원)이 작년 5106만 원 대비 2.8% 인상됐고, 한국형사·법무정책연구원(5200만 원)이 세 번째로 신입 연봉이 높았다.

 

네 번째로 연봉 수준이 높았던 곳은 ‘한국투자공사’(,054만 원)였으며, 한국산업은행과 한국탄소산업진흥원은 동일하게 5000만 원이었다.

 

이어 △신용보증기금(4953만 원) △한국원자력안전기술원(4881만 원) △기술보증기금(4860만 원) △한국과학기술원(4728만 원) △인천국제공항공사(4716만 원) 순이었다.

 

신입 연봉 수준을 구간별로 나눠본 결과, △5000만 원대(4.44%) △4000만 원대(43.7%) △3000만 원대(48.2%) △2000만 원대(3.7%)이며, 연봉 범위는 최저 2700만 원에서 최고 5272만 원까지인 것으로 확인됐다.

 

SOC(사회간접자본), 고용보건복지, 금융, 농림수산환경, 문화예술외교법무, 산업진흥정보화, 에너지, 연구교육 등 8개 분야 중 신입 평균 연봉이 높은 분야를 알아본 결과, △금융(4408만 원) △에너지(4125만 원) △연구교육(4124만 원) △문화예술외교법무(3858만 원) △SOC(3825만 원) △산업진흥정보화(3799만 원) △고용보건복지(3712만 원) △농림수산환경(3561만 원) 순이었다.
