<브레이크뉴스 횡성 = 김일웅 기자> 횡성군이 결혼 초기 신혼부부들의 가장 큰 고민거리인 주거비 부담을 덜어주기 위해 든든한 지원 사격에 나섰다.
횡성군은 관내 신혼부부들의 안정적인 지역 사회 정착을 돕고자 지난 1일부터 '신혼부부 주거자금 대출이자 지원사업'의 신청 접수를 본격적으로 시작했다고 4일 밝혔다.
지원 자격은 공고일 기준 혼인신고일로부터 7년 이내(2019년 6월 1일 이후 혼인)인 관내 무주택 신혼부부 가구로, 부부 합산 연 소득이 8,000만 원 이하여야 한다.
신청 기간은 오는 8월 31일까지며, 온라인 포털 '강원혜택이지(easy.gwd.go.kr/dg)'를 통해 간편하게 신청하거나 횡성군청을 직접 방문해 현장 접수할 수 있다. 접수 마감 후 소득 및 재산 조사 등 꼼꼼한 검증을 거쳐 최종 지원 대상자가 가려진다.
최종 대상자로 선정된 가구는 전·월세 주거자금 대출 잔액(1억 원 한도) 내에서 최대 연 3%의 이자를 지원받는다. 실제 대출 이자 상환액 범위 내에서 연 최대 300만 원까지, 최장 2년간 혜택이 주어져 신혼 가구의 주거 자립에 실질적인 보탬이 될 것으로 기대된다.
