<브레이크뉴스 횡성 = 김일웅 기자> 횡성군이 지역 경제의 뿌리를 튼튼하게 만들 사회적경제 주체 양성과 협동조합 생태계 조성에 박차를 가하고 있다.
횡성군사회적경제지원센터는 지난 16일 횡성군 이모빌리티 지식산업센터 대회의실에서 관내 주민과 협동조합 관계자들을 대상으로 「2026 찾아가는 (사회적)협동조합교육」을 성황리에 마쳤다고 17일 밝혔다.
이번 교육은 사회적경제 및 협동조합 설립을 희망하는 예비 창업자와 기존 협동조합 임직원들에게 실질적인 운영 역량을 심어주기 위해 마련됐다.
이날 강사로는 허선주 고양시협동조합협의회 회장이 초빙되어, 협동조합의 기본 개념과 가치, 까다로운 설립 절차는 물론 실제 현장에서 겪은 생생한 운영 노하우를 중심으로 강의를 진행해 큰 호응을 얻었다. 특히 교육 후 이어진 질의응답 시간에는 실무적인 고민과 궁금증을 즉석에서 해소하는 밀착형 컨설팅이 진행됐다.
이영철 횡성군 경제정책과장은 “이번 교육이 사회적경제의 가치를 군민들에게 널리 알리고, 안정적인 협동조합 운영을 돕는 실질적인 디딤돌이 되었기를 바란다”며, “앞으로도 지역 사회적경제 활성화와 지속 가능한 생태계 조성을 위해 다채로운 교육과 맞춤형 지원 사업을 아끼지 않겠다”고 전했다.
