(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 계양구가 오는 7월 31일까지 ‘2027년 본예산 편성을 위한 계양구 주민참여예산 제안사업 집중 공모’를 실시한다고 밝혔다.
계양구에 따르면, 주민참여예산제는 주민이 예산 편성 과정에 직접 참여해 재정 운영의 투명성을 높이고 재정 민주주의를 실현하기 위한 제도이며 계양구민은 물론 지역 내 기관·단체 및 사업장에 소속된 사람이라면 누구나 공모에 참여할 수 있다.
공모 대상은 구민 다수의 편익 증진과 지역사회 발전을 위한 공공성 있는 구 소관 사업이다.
다만 인건비와 법정경비 등 경직성 경비, 특정 단체 지원 사업, 선심성 사업 등은 제외된다.
참여를 희망하는 주민은 계양구 주민e참여 누리집, 우편, 팩스 등 다양한 방법으로 사업을 제안할 수 있다.
제안된 사업은 사업부서 검토와 주민참여예산위원회의 심의조정을 거쳐 최종 선정되며, 2027년도 본예산에 반영될 예정이다.
