고양특례시가 주민자치 사업의 투명성과 책임성을 높이기 위해 주민자치회 위원과 회계 실무자를 대상으로 회계 역량 강화 교육을 실시했다.
고양시는 지난 12일과 15일 이틀간 백석 별관에서 주민자치회 위원 및 회계 실무자 100여 명을 대상으로 ‘2026년 주민자치 활성화 사업 회계 교육’을 진행했다고 밝혔다.

이번 교육은 주민자치 활성화 사업 추진 과정에서 발생할 수 있는 회계 처리상의 혼선을 예방하고, 보조금 집행의 투명성을 강화하기 위해 마련됐다.
특히 사업을 직접 수행하는 실무자들의 업무 이해도를 높이고 회계 운영의 전문성을 강화하는 데 초점을 맞췄다.
교육에서는 주민자치 보조금 사업에 대한 이해를 비롯해 2026년 고양시 주민자치 활성화 사업 회계 운영 기준, 지출 증빙 처리 방법, 정산보고서 작성 요령 등을 상세히 안내했다.
또한 회계 처리 과정에서 자주 발생하는 위반 사례와 오류 사례를 소개하고 유의사항을 설명하며 실무 역량 향상을 도왔다.
