(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 부평구 청년공간 유유기지 부평이 오는 28일까지 청년 예술·문화 프로그램 ‘재잘재잘 클래스’ 7월 참여자를 모집한다고 밝혔다.
유유기지 부평에 따르면, ‘재잘재잘 클래스’는 지역 청년에게 문화·예술 프로그램 참여 기회를 제공하고 일상 속 문화 향유를 확대하며, 다양한 체험을 통해 건강한 관계망 형성을 지원하는 프로그램이다.
7월 프로그램은 유유기지 부평과 갈산도서관이 함께 운영하는 ‘문장 수집 클럽’으로, 문장 필사와 기록 활동을 바탕으로 한 권의 공동 필사책을 완성하는 과정이다.
7월 4일부터 25일까지 매주 토요일 총 4회차 수업이 갈산도서관에서 운영되며, 8월 7일에는 유유기지 부평에서 출간 낭독회가 진행된다.
참여를 희망하는 19세부터 39세까지의 청년은 유유기지 부평 누리집을 통해 신청할 수 있으며, 자세한 내용은 전화로 문의하면 된다.

또한 , 부평구가 지난 4월 22일부터 6월 13일까지 약 두 달간 총 9회에 걸쳐 운영한 ‘계층별 참여예산학교’를 마무리했다고 밝혔다.
부평구에 따르면, 계층별 참여예산학교는 예산편성과정에 다양한 주민들의 정책 제안을 구정에 반영하기 위해 마련된 프로그램이다.
이 기간 동안 다문화가족과 어린이, 청소년, 청년, 노인, 장애인, 자원봉사자, 학부모 등 164명이 교육에 참여했다.
교육은 주민참여예산제도에 대한 이해를 바탕으로, 각 계층별 정책 과제를 발굴하고 제안서를 작성하는 활동으로 진행됐다.
특히, 올해 처음 운영된 장애인 참여예산학교에는 장애인 당사자와 시설 종사자 26명이 참여해 일상 속 불편사항과 지역사회에 필요한 정책에 대한 의견을 나누며 의미를 더했다.
참여자들은 다양한 정책 아이디어를 제안했다.
주요 제안사업으로는 다문화가족 소통과 화합을 위한 ‘부평 다함께 한마음 운동회’ , 함봉산 종합 안내판 현행화, 누구나 쉬운 키오스크 만들기 프로젝트, 폐책을 활용한 어린이 진로나눔 자원봉사 사업 등이 제시됐다.
이들 제안사업은 사업부서 검토 후 온라인 주민투표, 주민위원회와 민관협의회 심의를 통해 우선순위 및 2027년 예산 반영 여부를 결정할 예정이다.
