브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= KB국민은행이 직무 교육 기회가 상대적으로 부족한 비수도권 지역 청년들의 취업 경쟁력을 높이기 위해 팔을 걷어붙였다.
KB국민은행은 금융권 취업을 희망하는 비수도권 청년을 대상으로 한 맞춤형 취업 지원 프로그램 ‘KB-Bridge’ 교육생을 오는 7월 19일까지 모집한다고 17일 밝혔다.
‘KB-Bridge’는 고용노동부와 산업통상자원부가 주관하는 ‘K-뉴딜 아카데미’ 사업의 일환으로 기획됐다. 프로그램명에는 청년들의 ‘내일(Tomorrow)’과 ‘내 일(My Job)’을 단단하게 연결하는 다리가 되겠다는 KB국민은행의 상생 금융 의지가 담겨 있다.
이번 프로그램의 모집 대상은 만 15세 이상 34세 이하의 미취업 청년이다. KB국민은행은 서류 및 면접 전형을 거쳐 디지털 금융 인재로 성장할 비수도권 지역 청년 총 120명을 최종 선발할 예정이다.
교육 과정은 금융 현장에서 즉각적으로 활용할 수 있는 실무 역량과 인공지능(AI)·데이터 분석 역량을 종합적으로 키울 수 있도록 밀도 있게 구성됐다. 선발된 교육생들은 5개월 동안 △금융·디지털 산업 이해 △OA·AI 활용 △Python·SQL 기초 △AI 에이전트 활용 △AI 기반 데이터 분석 등을 학습하며, 실무 프로젝트도 수행하게 된다.
교육생에게는 다양한 취업 지원 혜택도 제공된다. 교육 참여 기간 동안 최대 375만원의 훈련수당과 금융 자격증 취득 지원금을 지원하며, 모의면접, 이력서·자기소개서 첨삭, 현직자 특강, 네트워킹 캠프 등 취업 준비 프로그램도 함께 운영한다.
KB국민은행 관계자는 “이번 프로그램이 비수도권 청년들의 금융권 취업을 위한 든든한 징검다리가 되기를 기대한다”며 “앞으로도 청년들이 지역에 관계없이 양질의 교육과 취업 기회를 누릴 수 있도록 지원하는 등 포용금융 실천을 통해 사회적 가치 창출에 앞장서겠다”고 말했다.

Various employment support benefits are also provided to the trainees. During the training period, they will receive a training allowance of up to 3.75 million won and financial support for acquiring financial certifications. Additionally, job preparation programs such as mock interviews, resume and cover letter editing, special lectures by industry professionals, and networking camps will be operated.
