이천시, 경기도 AI디지털배움터 교육 운영

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=이천 이현준기자] 이천시는 시민의 디지털 활용 역량을 높이고 정보격차를 해소하기 위해 6월 17일부터 「경기도 AI디지털배움터」 교육 신청을 접수한다.

이천 시민 누구나 무료로 참여할 수 있으며, 생성형 AI 활용과 AI 기반 생활·업무 활용법 등 실습 중심의 AI 특화 교육이 진행된다.

이와 함께 스마트폰, 키오스크, 지역화폐, 교통 앱 활용 등 기초·생활 과정도 운영된다. 특히 교육장 방문이 어려운 어르신과 취약계층을 위해 복지시설과 경로당을 직접 방문하는 찾아가는 맞춤형 교육을 병행한다.

이번 교육은 급변하는 인공지능 시대에 맞춰 시민들에게 실질적인 AI 활용 기술을 제공함으로써 지역 사회의 디지털 경쟁력을 높이는 계기가 된다.
