【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=대구행복진흥사회서비스원이 16일 달성군과 수성구를 시작으로 오는 7월까지 대구시 9개 구·군을 순회하며 민간 돌봄서비스 종사자 450명을 대상으로 ‘2026년 구·군별 통합돌봄 역량강화 교육’을 실시한다.
이번 교육은 「의료·요양 등 지역돌봄의 통합지원에 관한 법률」 시행에 맞춰 현장 돌봄 종사자의 전문성 강화를 위해 마련됐다. 대구행복진흥원은 대구보건대학교와 협력해 각 지역의 현장 수요와 특성을 반영한 맞춤형 교육 과정을 구성했다.
교육 내용은 통합돌봄 정책과 관련 지침 설명, 대상자 이해, 사례관리 실무, 지역 특성에 맞춘 특화 교육 등으로 이뤄졌다. 특히 첫 교육이 열린 달성군에서는 지역 재택의료 전문가가 ‘재택의료의 이해’ 특화 강의를 진행해 참여자들의 큰 호응을 얻었다.
대구행복진흥원은 “이번 교육은 지역사회 중심의 통합돌봄 체계 구축을 목표로 통합돌봄지원법에 대응해 마련됐다”며 “현장 종사자들의 실무 역량을 한층 높이고 서비스 품질 향상에도 기여할 것으로 기대된다”고 밝혔다.
최희재 원장 직무대행은 “통합돌봄지원법 시행으로 지역사회 중심 돌봄 체계의 중요성이 더욱 부각되고 있다”며 “현장의 의견을 세심히 반영한 실효성 높은 교육을 지속적으로 운영해 통합돌봄 서비스의 실행력을 강화하겠다”고 말했다.
