더 큰 행복 포천시가족센터는 최근 성장기 자녀를 둔 가족을 대상으로 ‘내 아이가 거북목이라니!(부제: 별주부도 놀란 교정술)’ 자세 교정 및 성장 지원 프로그램을 성황리에 마무리했다고 17일 밝혔다.
이번 프로그램은 단순한 운동 지도를 넘어 전문성을 극대화했다. 차의과학대학교 스포츠의학재활학과 교수진이 직접 참여해 정밀 측정 장비로 자녀의 체형을 분석하고, 그 결과에 따른 맞춤형 운동 처방을 제공하는 3단계 과정으로 진행돼 과학적인 교정 솔루션을 제시했다.
