제5대 조상호 세종특별자치시장직 인수위원회가 새 시정의 정책 완성도를 높이고 조상호 당선인의 핵심 공약을 체계적으로 이행하기 위해 대규모 자문단을 구성했다.
인수위원회는 17일 집현동 행복누림터에서 학계, 법조계, 시민사회, 산업계 등 각 분야에서 전문성과 현장 실무 능력을 입증받은 외부 전문가 53명에게 자문위원 위촉장을 수여했다고 밝혔다.
이번 자문단 구성은 시정 5기의 주요 비전과 과제를 다듬는 과정에서 현장의 목소리를 적극적으로 수렴하고 정책의 실효성을 한층 끌어올리기 위한 조처다. 이들은 앞으로 분과별 인수위원들과 긴밀히 협력하며 공약 타당성 검토, 이행 로드맵 수립, 주요 시정 현안 진단, 시민 체감형 대안 제시 등의 역할을 수행하게 된다.
분과별로 살펴보면 기획조정 분과에는 박성준 전 세종시교육청 비서실장, 정민회 변호사, 김세은 공공서비스 디자이너 등 3명이 합류했다.
보건복지 분과는 김재설 세종시 장애인단체연합회 회장, 김성현 전 세종시 청년정책조정위원회 위원장, 안우상 세종시 사회보장위원회 위원장, 이용재 한국사회복지학회 위원, 한대권 한국지역사회보장협의체 사무국연합회 고문 등 5명으로 짜였다.
문화체육관광 분과는 홍보라매 전 한국예총 세종시연합회 회장, 임헌량 한음오페라단 단장, 유혜리 국가무형유산 태평무 이수자, 이상우 고려대 한국학연구소, 이주호 스포츠세종포럼 대표, 석원웅 전 세종시 체육회 사무처장 등 6명이 위촉됐다.
도시주택환경 분과에는 윤종성 대한건설협회 세종시협회장, 김병철 (사)도시행정학회 회장, 백기영 유원대학교 교수, 진영효 두리공간환경연구소, 이종윤 충남연구원 위원 등 5명이 이름을 올렸다.
균형발전교통 분과는 반재연 농업회사법인 새뜸 대표, 박성호 세종시 4H연합회 회장, 정용화 전 세종시 명예농업부시장, 이종윤 전 세종시 농업정책과장, 김종성 데일리버튼 대표, 박인희 홍익대 교수, 윤모람 전 세종도시교통공사 직원 등 7명이다.
안전자치 분과는 박영수 전 연기군 부군수, 이항선 세종주민자치회 사회적협동조합 상임이사, 이승복 세종충청발전연구원 사무총장, 권지훈 마을과 복지 연구소 소장, 황승원 주민자치연합회장 등 5명이 담당한다.

경제산업 분과에는 홍순규 순천향대 교수, 류승한 국토연구원 선임연구위원, 이형구 노아벤처스 대표, 방만기 전 충남연구원 센터장, 한정희 홍익대 단장, 유세문 한국영상대 처장, 윤석무 세종 TP RISE 센터장 등 7명이 포함됐다.
현안 대응을 위한 3개 특별 전담 조직(T/F) 자문위원도 함께 확정됐다.
행정수도 T/F에는 백현만 민주당 세종시당 사무처장, 홍석하·백종락 행정수도대책위 관계자, 임비호 세종인문지리탐사대 실장, 황웅환 세종YMCA 이사장, 성은정 참여연대 처장 등 6명이 참여한다.
재정안정화 T/F는 이왕재 나라살림연구소 부소장, 김정학 고려대 교수, 정진재 전 대전시 공무원, 이현정 지방세연구원 센터장 등 4명으로 구성됐다.
상권활성화 T/F에는 변영일 조치원 중심상가로 상점가 상인회장, 한기정 전 세종시 소상공인협회장, 김기훈 자영업협회장 등 3명이 현장 중심의 해법을 보탠다.
조상호 세종시장 당선인은 “인수위의 집단지성과 실무 역량을 보강해 줄 각 분야 전문가 53명을 자문위원으로 모시게 됐다”며 “새로운 시정 5기의 약속들이 철저히 시민의 눈높이에서 검토되고 실효성 있는 정책으로 구현될 수 있도록 지혜를 모아달라”고 전했다.
