【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=증평군여성단체협의회는 지역 여성들의 취업과 창업 역량을 한층 강화하기 위한 바리스타 양성과정의 본격적인 운영에 돌입했다. 이번 교육 프로그램은 경력단절 여성과 결혼이주여성 등 지역 내 여성들의 경제활동 참여를 폭넓게 지원하고 전문적인 직무능력 향상을 돕기 위해 마련됐다.
이번 바리스타 양성과정에는 총 16명이 참여하며, 오는 8월 5일까지 매주 수요일과 목요일 오전 9시부터 12시까지 총 15회에 걸쳐 여성회관에 위치한 여향 카페에서 진행된다. 교육생들은 커피와 관련된 기초 이론은 물론 에스프레소 추출, 우유 스티밍, 다양한 음료 제조 등 실제 카페 운영에 꼭 필요한 실무 중심의 교육을 받게 되며 공인 자격증 취득에도 함께 도전한다.
