대전광역시교육청이 대전광역시의회에 제출한 공식 보고서에 낙서와 첨삭 흔적이 그대로 남아 있는 문서가 전달돼 의원들 사이에서 시의회를 무시하고 경시하는 것이 아니냐는 비판이 강하게 일고 있다.
