일정량의 종이팩ㆍ폐건전지ㆍ젤 타입 아이스팩ㆍ상패를 수집, 가까운 읍ㆍ면사무소에 가져가면 교환 기준에 따라 ▲ 새 화장지 ▲ 새 건전지로 교환해 준다.
