전북 군산해양경찰서는 연말ㆍ연시를 맞아 해상 음주 운항 근절을 위해 내년 1월 9일까지 낚시어선과 여객선ㆍ수상레저기구와 화물선 등 모든 선박을 대상으로 특별단속에 돌입한다고 10일 밝혔다.
음주운항은 해상교통안전법에 따라 혈중알코올 농도 0.03% 이상이면 단속 대상에 해당한다.
적발 시 운항 선박 종류와 혈중 알코올 농도에 따라 최대 2년 이상 5년 이하의 징역 또는 2,000만 원 이상 3,000만 원 이하의 벌금에 처해진다.
