충남 아산시가 오는 28일 개막하는 ‘제65회 성웅 이순신 축제’에 인공지능 기술을 접목한 디지털 가이드를 전격 도입한다.
축제 방문객은 전용 플랫폼을 이용해 시설 배치도와 실시간 인파 밀집도, 주차장 혼잡도 등 주요 정보를 휴대전화로 즉시 파악할 수 있다.
시는 그동안 분산되어 있던 축제 정보와 민원 창구를 인공지능 챗봇 상담 채널로 통합해 이용자 편의를 높였다. 아울러 지류 홍보물 제작을 줄여 지속가능한 탄소 배출 절감 행사로 진행될 수 있도록 한다는 복안이다.
방문객이 직접 참여하는 스탬프 투어와 프로그램 현장 투표 기능도 양방향 소통이 가능한 참여형 축제 구현을 가능하게 할 전망이다.
(재)아산문화재단은 디지털 인프라 구축을 통해 축제 운영자와 관람객 모두에게 최적화된 스마트 환경을 제공할 방침이다.
내달 3일까지 열리는 이번 축제는 온양온천역과 곡교천, 현충사 일대에서 장군의 일대기 행렬과 주제 공연 등 다양한 행사로 채워진다. 곡교천의 국제 카이트 페스티벌과 현충사의 달빛 야행 등 지역 거점별로 특색 있는 프로그램이 관람객을 맞이한다.
