계룡시가 향적산 봄나들이 철을 맞아 시민들이 직접 지역의 봄 풍경을 기록하고 공유하는 참여형 프로그램 ‘깜짝 계룡내컷’을 운영한다.
행정 중심의 일방적인 홍보에서 벗어나 주민의 시선으로 포착한 일상의 찰나를 통해 지역의 숨은 매력을 발굴하려는 시도다.
‘계룡에서 만난 봄날’을 주제로 삼은 이번 공모는 계룡 전역의 봄 정취를 담은 사진을 대상으로 하며 시민 누구나 응모할 수 있다.
오는 10일부터 13일까지 나흘간 온라인 링크를 통해 접수를 진행하며, 접수된 작품 중 시민 투표를 거쳐 최종 선정작을 가리는 민주적 절차를 밟는다.
지난해 여섯 차례에 걸쳐 147점의 작품이 쌓일 만큼 높은 호응을 얻었던 이 프로그램은 주민이 직접 지역 서사의 주인공이 되는 독창적인 소통 창구로 자리를 잡았다.
선정 사진은 시정 소식지인 ‘계룡사랑이야기’와 누리집에 게재해 계룡의 소중한 기록 자산으로 남겨 공동체의 기억을 공유하는 가교 역할을 수행한다.
