영농의 설렘이 가득해야 할 논산의 들녘에 방역의 차가운 긴장감이 서렸다. 지난 3월 아산에서의 발생 이후 소강상태를 보이던 고병원성 조류인플루엔자(AI)가 본격적인 농번기가 시작된 4월의 초입, 논산 채운면의 한 육용 오리농장을 덮쳤다.
