충남소방본부는 119구급차의 효율적인 운영을 도모하고 응급환자의 골든타임을 사수하기 위해 ‘올바른 119구급차 이용 문화 확산’을 위한 대대적인 홍보에 나선다고 12일 밝혔다.
이번 캠페인은 비응급 신고와 현장 대원을 향한 폭언·폭행 등 구급 행정의 질을 떨어뜨리는 고질적인 문제들을 도민과 함께 해결해 나가겠다는 의지의 표현이다.
도 소방본부에 따르면 최근 구급 현장은 비응급 환자의 이송 요청과 이송 병원 선정에 대한 민원, 그리고 구급대원을 향한 폭력 행위 등으로 인해 대응력이 약화되는 이중고를 겪고 있다.
