비좁은 업무 공간에서 겪어온 오랜 불편함이 해소될 전기가 마련됐다.
대전 중구는 현 청사의 협소함을 극복하고 날로 늘어가는 행정 수요에 발맞추기 위해 인근 국유재산인 ‘나라키움 선화동빌딩’에 대한 대부계약을 최근 전격 체결했다고 12일 밝혔다.
한국자산관리공사(캠코)가 위탁 관리하는 이 건물은 노후 공공건축물 그린 리모델링 사업을 마친 곳으로, 중구의 새로운 행정 거점으로 거듭날 예정이다.
중구가 확보한 공간은 선화동 401번지 일원에 위치한 지하 1층~지상 8층 규모의 건물이다.
