브레이크뉴스 정민우 기자= 넷마블이 게임업계 대표 대학생 대외활동 프로그램 ‘마블챌린저’ 21기를 모집한다.
마블챌린저는 게임을 좋아하고 뉴미디어 콘텐츠에 대한 이해도가 높은 대학생(재학생/휴학생)이라면 누구나 지원 할 수 있다.
서류접수는 내달 14일 오후 3시까지 넷마블 공식 채용 홈페이지에서 신청받으며, 21일 진행되는 면접을 거쳐 26일 최종 합격자를 발표한다. 마블챌린저 21기 발대식은 3월 8일 개최할 예정이다.
2013년 발족한 마블챌린저는 넷마블에서 실무경험을 쌓을 수 있는 게임업계 대표 대학생 대외활동 프로그램이다.
마블챌린저로 발탁되면 △뉴미디어(유튜브, 페이스북 등) 콘텐츠 제작 △마블챌린저 공식 네이버 블로그 포스팅 작성 △게임, 1020 인기 이슈 등 트렌드 분석 △온·오프라인 행사 기획 △사회공헌활동 지원 등 다채로운 실무를 6개월 동안 수행하게 된다.
넷마블은 마블챌린저로 선발된 학생들에게 매월 소정의 활동비와 실무자 멘토링, 수료증 등을 제공하고, 넷마블 입사 지원 시 서류 전형에서 우대한다는 방침이다.
넷마블 임현섭 뉴미디어 팀장은 “틱톡, 인스타그램 등 MZ 세대가 널리 이용하는 뉴미디어 채널을 기반으로 넷마블의 기대작 ‘아스달 연대기: 세 개의 세력’과 ‘나 혼자만 레벨업:ARISE’ 관련 홍보 활동에 참여할 수 있는 다양한 기회를 제공할 예정이다”고 말했다.
한편, 마블챌린저는 지난 20기까지 총 185명이 수료했으며, 취업대상자 158명 중 약 61%가 게임업계에 재직 중이다.
