지·산·학 스마트 혁신 발전 위원회는 LINC 3.0 사업의 지역연계 협력 사업 프로그램을 지/산/학 중심의 실효적인 사업을 추진하고, 아이디어 도출 및 각 기관의 상생 협조의 장을 마련하기 위한 협의체이다.
지난 1월 18일에 개최된 1차 포럼에서는 임현정 한국연구재단 중앙RISE지원팀장이 지산학협력 기반 RISE사업 기본방향에 대해 기조발표를 한 것을 시작으로 조영화 경주시 관광정택팀장의 문화관광산업 활성화를 위한 지산학 협력방안을 발표하고 백기동 ㈜프로맥스 대표가 산업체의 역할과 협업 추진 내용 등을 발표하여 지·산·학 협력 및 소통의 장을 마련하였다.
이번 2차 포럼은 지·산·학 스마트 혁신 발전 위원회 위원, 동국대WISE ICC책임교수 등 50여명이 참석한 가운데 서로 정보를 교류하고 지역 경제 발전 및 RISE 사업 대응 지자체 연계 협력 방안을 모색하기 위해 두 번째 포럼을 개최하게 되었다.
반상우 산학협력단장은 ‘지·산·학 협력기반 LINC사업 추진 실적 공유 및 RISE사업 연계전략’이라는 주제에 대해 강연했고, 경북테크노파크 미래차첨단소재성형가공센터에서는 김진복 선임연구원이 ‘미래자동차 기술현황, 센터소개 및 연계방안’을 주제로 발표를 했다.
지자체 연구기관에서는 경주 스마트미디어센터 심태섭 선임연구원이 지·산·학 협력을 통한 실감미디어 성과확산사업 추진사례를 발표하였으며, 국립경주문화재연구소의 정인태 학예연구사는 지·산·학 협업을 통한 문화유산 조사·연구사례를 주제로 발표를 진행하였다.
대학에서는 한창용 동국대 WISE캠퍼스 ICC 총괄책임교수가 RISE체계와 대학의 역할과 변화를 주제로 발표하고 유창근 위덕대학교 해양레저관광 ICC 센터장이 LINC3.0사업의 ICC 활성화 우수 사례 및 지산학 협업 지향점을 주제로 발표했다.
반상우 동국대 WISE캠퍼스 산학협력단장은 “이번 포럼이 LINC3.0사업의 실효적인 사업을 추진하기 위해 ICC 특성화 중심의 지·산·학 연계 정보 공유 및 상생을 도모하고 향후 지·산·학 지역혁신중심 대학지원체계(RISE) 사업을 선제적이고 전략적으로 대응하는 발판이 되어 주기를 바란다”고 말했다.
