(브레이크뉴스인천 문광수 기자) 부천시가 13일 주민 의사를 반영하는 ‘부천형 소규모 주택정비 관리 계획’ 추진에 앞서 첫 번째 주민 신청 접수 결과 총 17곳의 신청을 받았다고 밝혔다.
부천시에 따르면, 시는 지난 2월 5일부터 3월 8일까지 소규모주택정비 관리계획 수립에 대한 주민 신청을 받았다. 주민 의견을 토대로 원도심 정비기반시설 등을 확보해 소규모주택정비사업을 체계적·효율적으로 추진하기 위해서다.
노후·불량건축물 비율이 절반 이상이거나 10만㎡ 미만 노후 저층 주거지 주민들을 대상으로 신청받아 총 17곳의 주민 의견을 접수했다.
기존 소규모주택정비사업을 추진하는 추진위원회, 조합뿐 아니라 사업이 진행되지 않는 지역의 주민도 신청해 원도심 주거환경개선에 대한 지역주민의 높은 관심을 확인할 수 있었다.
부천시는 제출한 신청서를 바탕으로 대상지에 대한 정량적 평가와 사전적정성을 검토할 예정이며 이후 신청대상지에 대해 도시계획, 건축, 교통 등 관련 분야 전문가로 구성된 전문가선정위원회를 열어 오는 4월 중으로 소규모주택정비 관리계획 수립 지역 4곳을 최종 선정할 계획이다.
선정된 4개 지역은 지역주민의 의견을 반영해 관리계획을 수립하고 올해 안에 관리 지역으로 최종 고시할 방침이다.
