브레이크뉴스 정민우 기자= 고용노동부 서울서부지청이 작년 3월 개시한 ‘구직자·기업 도약보장 패키지’ 사업을 이달 18일부터 확대해 서비스를 제공한다.
‘구직자·기업 도약보장 패키지’는 구인난을 겪는 기업과 일자리를 찾는 데 어려움이 있는 구직자에 대해 ‘진단-컨설팅-채용·취업’에 이르는 고용서비스를 종합적으로 제공하는 사업이다.
서울서부지청에 따르면 2023년 운영성과를 분석한 결과, 구직자·기업 특성을 반영한 1:1 상담·컨설팅에 대한 만족도가 높게 나타났다.
서울서부고용복지센터에서는 지역 여건과 자원, 구인 애로 업종 현황 등을 고려해 중점 지원 대상을 3개에서 5개 업종으로 설정, 지역 내 구직자와 기업을 대상으로 1:1 맞춤형 서비스를 제공하고 있다.
기업 도약보장패키지 서비스는 최근 업종별 구인난 현황, 지역별 고용동향 및 빈일자리 등을 종합적으로 고려해 신속취업지원이 필요한 △정보통신업(IT) △보건·사회복지 서비스업 △도소매업 △호텔숙박업 △제조업을 중심으로 중점 지원대상 업종을 확대 선정, 구인 애로 요인 진단 및 근로환경 개선을 위한 컨설팅, 맞춤형 인재 매칭까지 제공해 구인난 해소에 나선다.
또한, 기업의 근무환경 등 채용 여건을 효과적으로 개선할 수 있도록 지원하기 위해 지자체 및 지역 내 일자리 유관기관과의 협업을 더욱 강화할 예정이다.
구직자 도약보장 패키지 서비스는 경력유형에 따라 호소문제별 상담기법을 달리해 경력준비, 경력유지, 경력전환을 위한 심층상담의 서비스 품질 강화에 나선다.
아울러 지역 내 밀집된 산업에 취업을 희망하는 구직자를 중점적으로 발굴해 데이터 기반 직무역량 진단 시스템인 잡케어(jobcare) 및 생성형 AI를 통한 직무역량 분석·업종별 이력서 컨설팅 및 적합 일자리 매칭 서비스를 패키지로 제공하고 있다.
특히, 명지대·숙명여대 대학일자리센터, 직업훈련기관, 여성새일센터 등 유관기관 및 관내 기업과의 협업을 통해 각종 취업지원 프로그램을 연계하고, 청년·경력보유여성 등 대상별 특화 프로그램을 기획해 맞춤형 서비스도 강화한다.
